Freelance PHP Programmer

I am looking for a freelance PHP programmer, preferably someone in the NC Triangle area, to collaborate with on future projects. This wouldn't be a job-job but more of a "you estimate your hours for a project, I send you a work order, bingo-bango I pay you when the work is done" kinda job. Must have experience with content management systems and e-commerce (server administration and Quickbooks integration would be awesome). My workload varies, but you could probably expect around 5 hours a week on average (15 hours some weeks, no hours the next week, etc).
